RealOptions Pregnancy Medical Clinics have been serving Santa Clara and Alameda County since 1981. We are licensed community care clinics providing medical consultations, pregnancy tests, ultrasound exams, STD testing & treatment, prenatal care, abortion pill reversal and ongoing support services.

Medical consultations are free and confidential. Low cost lab fees apply.

RealOptions Pregnancy Medical Clinics are fully-licensed community care clinics providing convenient, confidential and professional medical services that will not appear on your insurance records. We do not charge for services, including medical visits and consultations. However, laboratory fees- charged by the outsourced lab and treatment fees of $30 apply. We take cash, credit & debit cards. We can honestly say we don’t profit from the choice you make.
